Let it go

Forgiveness is crucial to growing yourself. 

Accept responsibility that I played a part in it. I am responsible for the actions I took, the things I said. Be willing to forgive yourself for the mistakes that were made and continue doing what you have to do.

I know I make mistakes everyday, and I am okay with that because I learn and grow from each one.

I accept myself for who I am!

Being a parent takes continually adapting to change. We get frustrated when what worked yesterday doesn't work today. Our kids grow and learn and change everyday, and so must we.

But how? 

Let go of the expectations and move to accepting the way things are. 

And by the way you can't change your kids you can only ever change you.
