When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself.

Live your life as if every moment was a gift and celebrate that it has been given to you.

Making excuses, weaving story after story.
The victor sees clearly and makes a choice,
Being authentic, he lives in full glory.

Turn Inaction to "In Action"

What does it take to move forward in your life?

Action!

Recently, I wrote about structure and how I no longer wished to go to either extreme, being rigid  or lax. I also mentioned having a support system for creating balance between the two. It included receiving guidance from mentors, coaches, and a supportive partner.

But before getting the support, how did I start?

How did I move from inaction to action?

It’s imperative to first feel a strong desire to create change. You have to want more. Complacency, or the status quo, is the culprit keeping you closed in the box known as your “comfort zone”.

Yet, desire alone is not enough. You also need to overcome inertia. Newton's first law says, "An object at rest tends to stay at rest, and an object in motion tends to stay in motion unless acted upon by an outside force."

So what‘s a good outside force to get us in motion?

Having the support of another person coupled with desire is a powerful force to get you moving. An Aikido master once told me, “There is an old Chinese practice pronounced "Wah-king", meaning put one foot in front of the other. Take one step at a time. Start small and see the difference it makes.

Start taking small actions and ask yourself empowering questions that keep you moving.

Here are some of the question I asked myself: What do I want to create? Why do I want this? What one action can I take today to move me forward? What fear is preventing me from taking action?

Questions like these get your life “In Action”.

Below are two formulas. Notice the results your choices lead to. You choose which results you want.

Desire for Change + Support + Empowering Questions = In Action

Complacency + Discouragement = Inaction

" I felt this seminar (The 7 C's of Parenting) is extremely well thought out, organized and inspired from a high and deep level. I see it only getting better in the future. The impact and importance of this material and the masterful way in which it is presented gives me great confidence that by taking and following these principles I will at last be able to manifest the life that I have always wanted for myself and my family."

"I truly believe that this course (7 C's Intro) ,and the principals it conveys, is revolutionary and a much-needed treasure for all families - especially those within spiritual communities. Hearing the little bit I did (which I imagine was just scratching the surface) was enough to convince me that what happens in the full 7 C's of Parenting seminar is transformation on many levels - personal, interpersonal, and yes spiritual."
